Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Express Check-out is available through your television. Late Check-outs are granted upon availability and subject to an additional charge. Credit card authorization required upon hotel registration for both complimentary and cash rooms. A $50.00 per day authorization will be placed on the credit card upon check in, along with room charges if applicable. Cash deposits or pre-paid credit cards will not be accepted.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one-night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.
Fitness Facilities and Pool
Daily use of fitness facilities and pool is complimentary for hotel guests.
L'Auberge does not allow pets. Please contact the hotel directly for pet boarding facilities in the area.
Same-day service available 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Drop-off deadline is 7am. Contact the Bell Desk to arrange pick-up. Items will be delivered to the guest's room after 6pm. A list of laundry services and prices are available in each guest room.
L’Auberge is a smoke-free casino and hotel. For those who enjoy smoking, we welcome you to our Outdoor Terraces located just off the casino to lounge comfortably and enjoy beautiful views of the Mississippi. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the hotel room.
Parking and Complimentary Valet
Self-parking is available in the main parking area and the parking garage. Valet parking is available and complimentary.

Upon check-in a $50 deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $50 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.
